For a recovery lounge company's website, this new website strategy was rooted in highlighting "symptom-based" approaches to care, moving away from traditional descriptions of the company's services. This approach aimed at improving conversion rates for initial consultations by leveraging familiarity with a user's symptoms. The company's cutting-edge technologies, including red light therapy, cryotherapy, and oxygen therapy, are sophisticated and might not be immediately understandable to new visitors. Centering the website experience around an initial consultation bridged that knowledge gap, making it easier for users to grasp the benefits of these advanced treatments.
